WORKSHOPS

Do you want to learn how to manage anxiety and get a better night’s sleep? How about mastering the art of mindfulness, relaxation or building self-esteem?  

As providers to Cheshire east and Cheshire west we offer a range of cognitive behavioural therapy workshops to support mums’ emotional health and wellbeing.

Our workshops are all two hours long with practical content delivered by fully qualified tutors and teachers.

Workshop Themes

It’s normal for people to feel anxious, worried or stressed during challenging moments in life. Yet when these feelings are constant, it may be a sign of an anxiety disorder or depression. The impact on day-to-day life can range from difficulty sleeping, panic attacks and palpitations, to dizziness and fear of social situations.

With the right support however, it is possible to manage these feelings and look after yourself at the same time.

Do you make goals and never stick to them? Are you so busy that you sometimes forget what you need to do or where you need to be? Then our wellbeing bullet journaling workshop could be just what you need.

A bullet journal is designed for you to jot down concise notes that capture your actions and goals. It can work as a to-do list, sketch book, notebook and diary or even a combination of all four.

In this two-hour workshop you will learn how to create bullet journals to keep you organised, and on track with your goals and to do lists. You’ll learn how to:

Getting ready to return to the workplace can be daunting for mums. Especially if it’s been a while, or you’re feeling like you’ve lost your confidence. Why not head along to our back to work workshop?

In this two-hour workshop, you’ll receive all the support you need to confidently begin your journey back to the workplace. You will:

  3. learn more about the legislation in place to support you

Our wellbeing courses run over six weeks and at several times throughout the year. Giving you all the tools and support your need on your unique journey through motherhood, topics include:
