To develop the Believe Project, supporting vulnerable women in the local community who are at risk of having their child removed from their care.
- Provide bespoke service plans for Believe service users
- Develop Believe project support groups for service users
- To work with the Charity to develop mental health resources
- Support the Charity in the development of the Believe project
- To work within the local community to promote the project and the support it can provide
3 year contract – 20 hours per week
