New life and me

We are starting a NEW face to face course called NEW LIFE AND ME in January This is a safe space to share any concerns or struggles about motherhood for new mums (baby under 2 yrs) to come together and look at different issues they face whilst being supported by experienced facilitators and each other!
WHEN: starts January, Tues, 9.30-12pm for 6 weeks
WHERE: Winsford Hub
We will look at:
– Changes in relationships
– Expectations vs Reality!
– The role of motherhood
– Parenting styles
– Thinking about your feelings
– Self esteem
There’s plenty of parking and refreshments!!
