The summer holidays are right around the corner, and here at Inspire we’re incredibly excited to be rolling out our summer schedule! Every week over the holidays, we’ve got a range of activities running – from self defence, to zumba, to oil painting, we hope there will be something for everyone.
On Mondays, we have our #BeActive sessions. Here at Inspire, we recognise that exercise can have a great impact on your mental health – and that for girls in particular, there can be barriers that stop them from accessing these sorts of activities. These sessions are delivered by non-judgemental instructors in a safe and accepting space, so we hope you’ll come along and give them a go.
Wednesdays at Inspire are turning into #WellbeingWednesdays – a more relaxed day with an activity based around promoting your wellbeing and creativity. Our team will be overseeing these sessions, and will be on hand to talk about the support we can offer.
